Pickup Procedures
Pre-Orders
Pre-orders are accepted weekly from Sunday 11am – Wednesday 7pm Items are ready for pickup Friday PM – Sunday AM the same week Pick up by appointment from our Kearny Mesa location, San Diego, CA.
Appointments are generally available Friday PM – Sunday AM. Email [email protected] with your preferred pickup date and time. All pre-orders placed during the weekly ordering window will be ready for pickup the same weekend.
Special Orders
Custom orders available with advance notice Pick up by appointment from our Kearny Mesa location, San Diego, CA.
Appointments are generally available Friday PM – Sunday AM. Email [email protected] with your order details and preferred pickup date/time. Please allow at least 5 days advance notice from desired pickup time for all special orders.
Terms and Conditions
By placing an order with East Coast Bakes, you agree to the following terms:
Payment & Ordering Policies
- All sales are final
- Payment required at time of order
- Orders without adequate lead time may be cancelled
- We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders at any time for any reason
Shipping Policy
We do not offer shipping. All items are prepared fresh and made to order for pickup only. Please allow a minimum of 5 business days from order placement to pickup date. We will contact you within 24-48 hours of your order to coordinate pickup details including time, date, and location. Orders placed without adequate lead time may be subject to cancellation.
Return & Refund Policy
Due to the fresh, made-to-order nature of our baked goods, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or provide refunds under normal circumstances.
In the rare event of a quality issue with your order, please contact us within 2 hours of pickup at [email protected]. We will review quality concerns on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion. Any approved resolution will be in the form of store credit or replacement item, not cash refund.
Allergen Information
Products may contain nuts, dairy, eggs, gluten and are prepared in facility that processes common allergens. By placing an order, you acknowledge that our products contain common allergens and may have been prepared in facilities that process nuts, dairy, eggs, and gluten. We cannot be responsible for allergic reactions. Customer is responsible for allergen concerns.
Quality & Service
- All items made fresh to order
- Due to perishable nature, no returns or exchanges
- Quality issues addressed case-by-case within 2 hours of pickup
